Welcome To The World Aiden!

Taking a look back at (and properly blogging) this amazing natural birth that I was so honored to be a part of and photograph.  Being able to capture something so raw and beautiful is extremely gratifying.  I fell in love with live birth photography instantly.

 

 

This was almost seven months ago.  Aiden's already sitting up (sigh).  He's also just as cute as ever and has the most infectious, gummy smile.  At this session I was shooting with my first DSLR; my Canon Rebel T2i and everything was taken with either my 50mm or my 10mm. 

 

Congratulations Eldien family!  And I can't thank you enough for allowing me to take your photos again and again this past year.  OH, and if you decide to have a third baby ... well I'm all for it!  Cause you make really, really cute ones.

I love this family and could not be happier that we ended up in the same town again.  Hard to believe this sweet old man, Scotty (the white furry one in front) turned 18 years old last December.  It was so nice of him to join us for photos.

 

Scotty, you don't look a day over 17.

I'm so thankful that the my husband and this funny man are flying the same plane again ... because it's been really fun watching this little girl grow up.

 

Sneak Peek | Jocelyn Turns One

A handful of photos from an in-home session celebrating sweet Jocelyn's first birthday.  This is the second time I've photographed her and she's one of the happiest babies I know.  Her smile is contagious.  And with that spunky personality and pretty smile, she was very good at entertaining her guest.

 

She was also pretty good at eating cake ... yum.

And opening presents.
