I was crushed when I was unable to photograph my sweet friend's 37 week belly because my daughter (along with half the town) came down with the stomach flu. But when Princess Yanez arrived a bit early and I missed weeks of new baby snuggles because the plague had hit my entire house, I was beyond upset. Finally feeling healthy again, I was able to snap some photos of Miss Charlotte Rosemarie over the weekend. And more importantly, got to hold her all I wanted. At 15 days old (the oldest I've ever attempted sleepy shots) she was still so squishy. Strong and a bit sassy, but such a joy to work with. AND the most petite thing you've ever seen. Sigh.
